At OX Design, we provide customized digital services such as website design and development, social media design, and other creative solutions. Due to the nature of these services, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy.

1. Nature of Services

All services provided by OX Design are intangible, digital, and tailored specifically to each client.

2. No Refund Policy

Once a project is confirmed or work has commenced, all payments are considered non-refundable.

This is due to:

  • Allocation of time and resources
  • Operational costs such as hosting, tools, and software
  • Labor costs including designers and developers

3. Before Work Begins

Refund requests may be considered only if:

  • Work has not started
  • No resources or costs have been incurred

Administrative fees may apply.

4. Revisions & Quality Assurance

We are committed to delivering the agreed scope with high quality.
Clients are entitled to request revisions within the agreed project scope.

5. Project Cancellation

If the client cancels the project after work has started:

  • No refund will be issued
  • Work completed up to that point will be accounted for

6. Exceptional Cases

Any exceptions are made at the sole discretion of OX Design and do not constitute an obligation.

7. Agreement

By proceeding with payment, the client agrees to this refund policy.
