OX Design

1. Agreement

By engaging with OX Design, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full. Any work initiated constitutes acceptance of this agreement.

2. Scope of Work

All services are strictly limited to the scope outlined in the approved proposal.

Any request beyond the agreed scope will be treated as a Change Request and will be quoted and executed separately.

3. Payment Policy

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required before project commencement
  • 100% payment required before final files delivery
  • Monthly services are billed in advance
  • Late payments may result in immediate pause of all services

OX Design reserves the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received.

4. Revisions Policy

  • Each project includes a fixed number of revision rounds (as stated in proposal)
  • A revision refers to minor adjustments and refinements, not a complete change of concept.
  • Any additional revisions will be billed accordingly
  • Concept changes after approval = new project phase (charged separately)

5. Approval & Responsibility

Once the client approves any design, concept, or content:

  • OX Design is not responsible for any issues identified after approval.
  • Any further changes will be treated as paid revisions

6. Timeline & Delays

  • Project timelines depend on client responsiveness
  • Delay in feedback exceeding 3 days may shift delivery schedule
  • OX Design is not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Third-party platforms
    • Hosting providers
    • Payment gateways

7. Client Obligations

The client must:

  • Provide all content (logos, text, images) before or during agreed timelines
  • Ensure all materials are legally owned or licensed
  • Provide clear feedback within reasonable time

8. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables are transferred upon full payment only
  • All unused concepts remain property of OX Design
  • OX Design reserves full rights to showcase work in portfolio, ads, and social media

9. Refund Policy

  • All deposits are strictly non-refundable
  • No refunds for completed or partially completed work
  • No refunds for delays caused by client

10. Service Suspension

OX Design reserves the right to:

  • Pause or terminate services due to delayed payments
  • Refuse unreasonable requests beyond the agreed scope of work.
  • Decline projects that affect workflow or brand standards

11. Liability Limitation

OX Design shall not be held liable for:

  • Any business loss, revenue loss, or indirect damages
  • Platform-related issues (Instagram, Meta, hosting, etc.)
  • Client misuse of delivered designs or strategies

12. Confidentiality

All client data is treated confidentially. However, OX Design may display non-sensitive work publicly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Termination

OX Design reserves the right to terminate any project if:

  • Client fails to communicate
  • Payment terms are violated
  • Scope abuse is detected

All completed work up to termination will be invoiced.

14. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
